With an average of just over 22 years of programming experience, Object Mentor's strength lies in its people. This experienced team provides leadership through consulting, training, mentoring, and development services.
Object Mentor is an advocate of object-oriented software technologies and cutting-edge Agile development methodologies. The company strives to define, lead and and advance the software community by regularly publishing books, papers, articles, and talks on a variety of state-of-the-art topics in C++, Java, Agile/XP and Object-Oriented Design.
For example, in 1998, Object Mentor helped to define the Agile development method known as Extreme Programming. In 2000, Object Mentor helped form the Agile Alliance — a group of professionals dedicated to the advocacy of lean and emergent software methods. Today, Object Mentor continues to lead the software industry.
