Agile/XP Project Management (APM) Course

 

The Agile project management approach is targeted at projects where fast responsiveness to changing market demands is important and for organizations with innovative cultures. An Agile project management approach will help dramatically improve a project team’s ability to cope with change and will improve project success rate.

 

In this 2-day course, you will learn about Agile practices and how to apply them to a typical development project from initial project concept through final delivery. Through a combination of lecture, discussion and exercises, you will discover a wide range of Agile techniques for planning projects, managing iterative delivery and monitoring project status.

 

The course is intended for current and future software design managers, project managers, SCRUM Masters and development team members (e.g. developers, testers, customer representatives).
